We recommend caring for your extensions like it's your natural hair.  Co-wash your extensions at least once a week. If you have product buildup, shampoo and condition your extensions at least once a week. Apply a leave-in conditioner daily to help moisturize your hair. 

Yes, Breathless Beauty hair extensions can be dyed to any color per your preference. Including blond 613.

It depends on how well you take care of the hair extensions. With proper care, hair extensions can last six months to one year. 

We recommend for lengths 12 inches to 14 inches, 2 or more bundles, and 16 inches to 30 inches, 3 or more. 

Yes, Breathless Beauty wigs are all High Definition lace wigs.

We recommend using sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners to help maintain the health of your hair extensions and wigs. Hair products with ingredients such as sulfates and parabens can be damaging to your hair.

Our standard processing times are between 2 and 7 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen and order volume. Your estimated delivery time is calculated when your order is shipped, not when it is placed. 

Once your order has been shipped, Breathless Beauty Hair Co. is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address. Breathless Beauty Hair Co. will not be responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address. Feel free to contact the shipping carrier directly to verify the address the order was delivered to. The phone number for FedEx is 1-800-Go-FedEx. The phone number for USPS is 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). 

Our team is extremely busy making sure orders go out on time. Any modifications to orders can cause delays; therefore, we cannot modify or cancel any orders once the order has been confirmed. If you need to add to your orders, you will need to place a new order. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us.

As we are an online retailer, we cannot receive orders over the telephone, and all orders must be placed online, via the website.

You can return items within 5 days of receipt. Due to the proper hygiene of our products, all products must be unopened and in its' original shipped condition for an exchange to be accepted. For hygiene reasons, we will not accept any products that have been worn or removed from its' original packaging. Items will be returned to the customer with no exchange issued if it is deemed worn or tampered with. 

Unfortunately, we do not have a free return system. It will be the customer's responsibility to first submit your exchange request and send the product(s) back untampered and in original packaging with a signature confirmation to the address: Breathless Beauty Hair Co., 130 Corridor Rd. #2402, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32004. Once we have received your parcel, we will contact you via email to process the exchange. You will be responsible for all exchange shipping fees.

Unless Breathless Beauty Hair Co. has made an error, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
